Personalized Items
All products sold by UrbanmintDesigns are custom-made to order with your personalized name, photo, or design. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error on our part, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@urbanmintdesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee changes after production has started.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
