Every item at UrbanmintDesigns is made to order and personalized with your name, photo, or custom design. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery takes an additional 5-7 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6-10 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons (such as the winter holidays), production and shipping times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
